Inspections are performed as a non-invasive, visual evaluation in accordance with InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
Base Fee: $499 (up to 2,000 sq ft)
Additional Area: +$100 per additional 1,000 sq ft (rounded up)

Limited Scope Inspections/ Consultation
Focused evaluation of a specific concern when a full inspection isn’t necessary. Ideal for buyers, homeowners, or real estate professionals who want a professional opinion before moving forward.
Inspections are performed as a non-invasive visual evaluation using professional inspection tools such as moisture meters and thermal imaging when appropriate.
Base Fee: $200 (Flat Rate)
Common examples include but are not limited to:
water damage or moisture concerns, roof leaks or attic issues, crawlspace conditions, foundation or structural questions, and plumbing leaks or problem areas
Pre-Drywall & New Construction Inspections
Verifies framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC rough-ins and insulation before drywall goes up — catching costly mistakes early and ensuring code compliance.
Base Fee: $399 (up to 2,000 square ft.)
Additional area: +$100 per additional 1,000 square ft.

All samples submitted to Michigan certified environmental labs.
